What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. Customers may file a claim directly with USPS, as shipments include limited coverage.

Why is my order taking time?

Our jewelry is custom-made and crafted individually for each customer. This allows us to create unique pieces without excess inventory, but it also means production takes longer than ready-to-ship stores.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

How long does processing take?

All items are made to order and not kept in stock. Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks, but during high-volume periods or supplier delays it may take up to 6–8 weeks. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

No. Because all items are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once placed. By checking out, you agree to these terms.

Can I change my order after purchasing?

We cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted, as it is quickly sent into production. Please double-check sizing, name spelling, and shipping address before placing your order.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is emailed once your order is completed, packaged, and ready to ship. Tracking is not provided during the production stage.
